Items to check:
Check convection blower for obstructions: Clean fan blades.
Check drop tube thermocouple: If the thermocouple is not in the correct location or the thermocouple cover is not on correctly then the thermocouple will not read the correct temperature of the fire. The thermocouple cover needs to touch the end of the thermocouple wire and the cover should extend 1" into the firepot
