Quick FAQs:

A Red light will blink when the stove is not functioning properly.  Here is a description for each number of flashes.

1 Red Flash:  Empty Hopper Alarm- This alarm is caused by the fire going out from lack of fuel. Click here to see Troubleshooting section in your owner's manual as there are many reasons this may occur.  Reset the stove by turning to “OFF” then turn dial to desired setting.
2 Red Flashes: Exhaust Probe Alarm- The exhaust probe is a temperature-sensing device attached to the exhaust blower housing. It provides exhaust temperature feedback to the control board. The control board uses this information to adjust its heat-output systems for best performance.  If you get this error code, please contact your dealer as the probe may have become disconnected from the control board or the probe is defective and needs replacement
4 Red Flashes: Missed Ignition- the stove will try twice to ignite.  If after 2 tries there is no ignition  this error will occur. Click here to see Troubleshooting section in your owner's manual as there are many reasons this may occur
6 Red Flashes: Encoder Alarm- Failed Component Error: Exhaust Speed Sensor. This alarm indicates that there is an issue with the exhaust blower.  Click here to see troubleshooting guide.  Please contact your dealer for possible service appointment
8 Red Flashes: Exhaust Over Temperature Alarm- This alarm indicates that the exhaust probe has overheated.  This may mean that the convection blower is dirty and needs to be cleaned or there is an issue with the feed motor.  Please call your dealer for a possible service appointment.
